Skillora processes information needed to operate your account, workspace, skill runs, and support requests.

What we store

We store account details, workspace membership, session records, skill inputs and outputs, and operational audit records. Provider credentials are encrypted and never displayed after saving.

How AI data is handled

Each skill run is scoped to its active workspace. We do not place data from multiple workspaces into the same AI context. Data classification and provider policy determine which approved model may process a request.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some billing, security, and audit records may be retained when required for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
